The "Cloche d'Or" extension of the city of Luxembourg (Grand Duchy) adds offices, retail and thousands of apartments to the city fabric.

Our role started in 1999 in setting up the development joint venture, sourcing and financing further land acquisitions, masterplanning, infrastructure, public affairs and marketing, up to the planning of the still ongoing developments of offices and apartments.

Brussels most audacious regeneration project Tour & Taxis with a broad mixture of functions, was initiated by us from 1999 and entirely developed under our leadership, with construction works ongoing to date.

Gare Maritime – Brussels 

 

Repurposing of a former goods station into a multifunctional “covered neighbourhood” with offices, retail, public amenities and food & beverage.  Multiple award winning project combining exceptional sustainability (no use of fossil fuel, geothermal cooling & heating, adiabatic cooling of renewal air, largest photovoltaic field in Brussels Region, …) and circularity (re-use of materials, cross laminated timber structure and oak finishings using locally sustainably sourced wood, …).

Flemish Administrative Center - Brussels

Energy passive office building featuring publicly accessible ground and first floor, offices, auditorium and winter gardens. Superior performance standards.

Mixed-use development by AXA and AG Real Estate combining offices (50.000 m² today, up to 150.000 m²), services (intercompany restaurant, kindergarten, medical centre), leisure (multiplex cinema, public swimming pool) and residential (apartments, elderly care home) on a 60 ha parc.

Business model and feasibility for Brussels Media Campus

Den Bell – Administrative Centre Antwerp 

 

Redevelopment of the historical (some parts were more than one hundred years old) headquarters of Bell Telephone Antwerp (today Alcatel) to accommodate the administration of the city of Antwerp on 40.000 m².

Arsenal – Brussels

 

Multi-use development combining newbuilt offices (9.000 m²) and residential as well as redevelopment for leisure (former boiler house) on the historical “Arsenal” site. Particularity is the open stairwell facing the elevator landings, linking the four above-ground levels of the office building, enhancing communication between the different occupants of the offices.
